A co-dependant is someone who lives in the same household as the dependant (parent, grandparent). After-hours access means 5pm–8am Ugandan time, plus weekends. Doctor responsibility follows Uganda Ministry of Health guidelines under the Patient Rights and Responsibility Chapter, 2019.
